What's Going On Here?

Parenting (and being a kid) used to be simple- Bad behavior got you spanked, in school, in church, at home. Corporal (body) Punishment worked perfectly for a very long time.

America produced a population of hard working, thrifty, honest people with high moral fiber and rock solid knowledge of right and wrong coming from a belief in a "higher all-knowing authority" to be answered to. The crime rate was low and juvenile crime was unheard of.

Dr. Benjamin Spock first published his book Baby and Child Care in 1946. Sometime in the 1960’s, his parenting theories gained popularity. In the early 1970’s those theories became LAW as a EXPERIMENT in SOCIAL ENGINEERING. Corporal punishment became essentially FORBIDDEN.

The grand old concept of "Swift, Sure Punishment" is gone.

The agencies that were created to dispense the "New Age" and the "social workers" they employ (See ''The New Class"), all operate on the THEORY that troubled kids are CREATED by their ENVIRONMENT of "abusive parenting".

Behavior Management became an ineffective "science" of "complex psychological techniques" (quote from "Love & Logic manual)- including Time Out, Chair Sitting, and Grounding.

The Board of EducationParents and schools have NEVER been provided with EFFECTIVE ALTERNATE TOOLS for  behavior management.

Cases of parents being TERRORIZED by CPS agencies for spanking have been WELL PUBLICIZED. When it became obvious to parents their ability to parent had been completely undermined (this does not mean just SPANKING), and they had no tools to parent with, parents have had little choice but give up to "let the kids raise themselves".

Today’s parents have no way to provide a healthy WORK ENVIRONMENT for kids to grow up in. A parent can hardly prevent a child’s exposure to VIOLENT movies and video games.

So we have produced a generation of LAZY, SELFISH, UNDISCIPLINED kids who have been trained by "Doom", "Mortal Kombat" and Self Esteem instruction.

We believe this generation when they become parents may be the most abusive of their children in HISTORY because of their extreme selfishness, self-centeredness, inconsideration, and complete lack of empathy and self-discipline.

Nation-wide, kids have become rebellious, troubled, DANGEROUS.

They are "The Predator Generation"- The Kids without a conscience.

The rash of school shootings has firmly established in the public awareness that SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG with our society.

The obvious causes are:

  • Removal of all faith structures (Accountability)
  • Teaching kids that they are "evolved animals". Are we now surprised that they ACT like animals? (Ethics and Morality)
  • Removal of corporal punishment. (Never learning Self-Control)
  • Removal of RESPONSIBILITY (blaming others for your actions)
  • Loss of meaningful WORK experiences in childhood replaced with television, movies, and video games.
  • MOVIES depicting animals as thinking, talking BEINGS while man's interaction with man and society as insanely violent and bloody. (Twisted Reality)
  • Latch Key Kids: The epidemic of "Single Parents" OR Both parents having to work in order to survive in today’s economy. (Kids "raising themselves" on the "wisdom" of television, video games, and "peer knowledge")
  • Wickedness in High Places: National "leadership" portraying evil behavior, low morals, and lack of self-control as "OK". (Clinton's lawyer says "Slick Willie" will be remembered in history as "One of America's GREATEST Presidents". We wonder-FOR WHAT?)
  • A NATIONAL ATTITUDE that any mention or thought of an "All-knowing, omni-present" GOD who will hold us accountable is EMBARRASSING, while movies portraying demonic themes is "COOL", knowing your "Sign of the Zodiac" is "important", consulting a horoscope "might work", calling a telephone psychic is "entertaining", and television for kids consists of pseudo-history, insane "Science Guys", hyperactive commercials, Greek mythology, dinosaurs, and evolution.

Like Russia’s experiment with communism, America’s experiment with "New-Age liberalism" has run it’s course, and HAS ALREADY reached it’s conclusion AS A DISASTROUS FAILURE.
