I completed my case plan in 4 months- even went above and beyond the call of duty by voluntarily taking another 12 week parenting class because it was geared towards domestic violence. I was told that I couldn’t get him back because “he hadn’t been in the system long enough and it was a process”. ...I lost my home in Hurricane Charley and now I’m due to go to court in one week to be told I can’t have my son back until I have my very own home again even though I ‘m staying with family and my son will have his own room here. My son will be three next week, he’s old enough to say “When can I come home with you mom?” He hasn’t seen or even spoken to his father in the last 6 months and he asks me where his dad is every time I see him. I drive 130 miles round trip to visit him once a week. Yes, the hurricane devastated me, I lost everything but I didn’t shed a tear until I was told yesterday my son won’t be coming home next week. Then I bawled like a baby. I’ll get over the devastation of the hurricane, I’ll never recover from the devastation inflicted on me and my family by D.C.F over the last 14 months. Would someone please remind me that we live in the land of the free and explain to me why my man is in jail and our son is held hostage by the state even though I’ve paid the ransom? CONNECTICUT DCF HORROR STORY July 10, 2003 A local Klamath Falls, Oregon man, who is a disabled Veteran to be honored for his Korean Combat Services in the United State Army along with other Veterans. Korean Service Medal awards ceremony was held Sunday, May 18th at 1:00pm in Danville, California. On the other side of the coin the same United States Social Services Agency has said thank you very much by ripping apart his family. July

Oregon Courts and Jail: Halls of Justice or Pit of Vipers? On October 15th, 2002, after 33 days of a Hunger Strike protesting the injustice to one whose liberty and freedom was stripped away through the unlawful act of False Arrest and False Imprisonment at the hands of the Josephine County Oregon Sheriff's Office and Court System, I was released to come home. The experience was a real eye-opener, especially for a retired Police Sergeant from a California Police Department now living in quiet retirement with his wife of 44 years in beautiful Southern Oregon. Amid all that beautiful countryside setting, the taint of corruption that is man's law has left its indelible mark. Black-robed hypocrites sit in judgment of their fellow man. Their smooth, unflappable conduct masks a dark attitude of being a law unto themselves. They exhibit no regard for the U.S. Constitution, the "Law of the Land," or for that matter, Common Law. The charge of "Felony Eluding" an officer (the first arrest of my 65 year lifetime, which has now declared me a "Criminal") arose from a simple traffic stop for traveling in my private automobile with my headlight high beams on. The Department of Children's Services in Shelby County was recently in the news. A former DCS worker Diana Lowry blew the whistle on them, but I'm sure they have their side of the story which lies about their situation. I learned a long time ago that they will never tell the truth, and that their name ought not to be DCS but CYA (Cover Your A__ ). John M. judges decision (Harrington): We cannot place Jeremy back into the home
till there is a positive home study according to Inter-State Compact
Laws (one of the very laws they have already violated). A
continuance is set for April 3rd. Jeremy has been lied to and
abused at the hands of CPS for 3 years. Do you think they are
going to give a positive home study (CPS). They have not even
requested another home study, something that was to be done the first of
October last year !!! Also a notice to participate in the Supreme
Court Foster Care Review was sent to me in care of Janet Kraetz (the new
CPS worker). I received it late afternoon of the 14th. The
Foster care review Board was set for 1:15 P.M. on the 14th. Can
you say B. S. while CPS, the courts, Lawyers etc line their
pockets with more big bucks ??? Leonard, After I found out that my son (in a Foster Group Home through Cedar Ridge) in Lometa, Texas was sodomized 4 times & physically abused in the foster home, Cedar Ridge & CPS in Tucson has cut off all communication that I had with my son Jeremy. I received documents from the court appointed attorney which seems to be showing a major cover -up. Out of the 9 police officers on my squad - 3 other officers have had their own personal story of run ins with DCF. Oklahoma- The Miranda Beets Story HERE IS OUR FAMILY STORY-OUR NIGHTMARE SINCE 1993- Carolyn McLaren of Missouri It is only getting worse day by day and it is way past time the people of Missouri demanded a stop to DFS and it's criminal acts. "For 9 years I have had to sit and allow my child to be raped, molested, beat, threatened, neglected and even drugged while DFS allowed it all to transpire."-Randall J. Cali of Missouri 11-23-02 11-14-2002 A meeting took place in Springfield on 11-12-02 in which parents and others were to be allowed to voice their horror stories and concerns about DFS before Dunn who was appointed by the Governor. This meeting lasted from 6:00 pm till 2:30 am. Do I believe it accomplished anything? No. I believe it was nothing short of a smokescreen and false appeasement of us parents by the State of Missouri and Governor. For 10 years in my case Missouri has known the facts all the way to the Governor as like many other cases and not one thing has been done about any of them. Now it seems we need committees to investigate what the State of Missouri has known for years and condoned and supported. Looking the other way and totally ignoring the Killing, Raping, Molesting, Abusing, Drugging, Selling into Slavery our children, while denying us our very Constitutional right to Due Process Of Law. It stands now that I do not even know where my child is, but that she is back where she was raped and molested and drugged, with the mother who supplied her with drugs and allowed the rapist to beat my child. Jennifer Cali became an AMOS Alert on 2-14-03 and went into the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children system on 4-2-03 Randall Cali does his own column at Parent News- Randall Cali Nails Missouri Pennsylvania- Brunon Kryger was falsely accused of sexual contact with a minor. LCCYS stepped in and removed his children. After being found innocent of a court of law where it was confirmed that the minor was lying, LCCYS still refused to allow Mr. Kryger to have any contact with his children. The Spanios' story in Florida- Jackie's verbiage reeked of coaching, "Constant fear of life, state custody, foster home..." She conceded to law enforcement officials investigating allegations of child abuse that her neighbor, Karen Wilson, put her up to making the call against her father. Later in the day when she ran away again, she and the neighbor showed up at the sheriff's office, but this time with the tinge of a black eye and some bruises. It didn't matter that five individuals had seen Jackie totally unharmed before she fled, DCF was already on the way. The neighbor knew them personally. The State Prosecutor's office rejected the circumstances and deemed the charges invalid. That wouldn't matter to DCF. They had already executed a shelter hearing for Jackie and a pick-up order for the rest of the children. They declared the children in imminent danger. The Roska Case in Utah- The CPS's behavior was so egregious that the Federal Appeals court in Denver, Colorado in their September 5, 2002 final opinion stated that the individuals involved in the taking of Rusty into Protective Custody were without legal standing to do so, and that they could be held personally responsible for their illegal and unethical actions, by not having obtained a warrant and not following the physicians specific directives and warnings regarding Rusty Roska's condition. They determined that the individual workers did not have unqualified immunity, acted outside of their legal authority and ethical requirements to perform their job, and finally that the "No Knock" law did not apply to this situation, nor to child protective issues, unless there is definite evidence of "Imminent danger" to the life and possible harm of a child. These decisions led to the State of Utah Legislature passing a Bill requiring that a Warrant be obtained to take a child into Protective Custody. Justice for Adjani
