My name is Cecile, I am a grandmother of 5, living in Vermont.

I not only want to stop CPS I want to PROSECUTE and sue them for child abuse, perjury and the illegal abduction of my grandchildren!!!

This is my story,

I have lost a grandson to this foster corporate, incarceration system known here in Vermont as SRS. My daughter was found to never have abused her son in any way but yet they kept him. We fought hard and were shown to be excellent grandparents, but we were never allowed to raise him. In the foster home he had fallen off a garage, had hair ripped out of his little head in places the size of a silver dollar, a black eye and strap marks had been seen across his buttocks, back and across the backs of his small legs. We do have photos. 

The State was caught in lies in the TPR hearing and the judge asked how these lies had been submitted. No one was charged for perjury. We won the TPR and they turned around and refiled with the same bogus lies they used at the first hearing. Different judge, different lawyer, they stole him and sold him. He was 2 and is now 7.

I have a 13 year old granddaughter incarcerated for experimenting with alcohol at a friends house last Nov.. After being picked up by police she got into a fight with her mom. She slapped her mother and now we don't know when, if ever she will be back home. She is a beautiful young girl ( was a A student in school ) who doesn't even remember what happened that night. They have drugged her and she has tried to take her life. They have gone way beyond punitive and have abused her. They also stole her little brother and sister not my grandchildren but wrongly taken as well, STOLEN.

I am also, now helping my daughter fight for her two babies, ages 1 and 5. They were stolen from my home at 3:00 in the morning. It was -5 outside with a wind chill factor of -17. They ripped them out of a warm bed and stood in our drive way for many min. before placing them in a cruiser, no car seats no seat belts. The 5 year old in the passenger side and the infant in the lap of a officer in the back seat. The 5 year old was placed in the passenger side of the front seat of the car. The car had both front seat air bags. In a accident they have been known to decapitate a child. She was not seat belted in the car. All they had on was flimsy night clothing. They (SRS) claim that the children were in danger of being exposed to a child molester who was reported as living with the children. This report was made by a disgruntled woman living in Pennsylvania. 

Earlier that evening they found out that the report was not true but chose to remove the children anyway. 

They arrested me for not allowing the officers in our home to take the children without a search warrant, impeding a police officer. Total bogus charge that I don't have to tell you breaks soooo many of my rights. They arrested my husband and I for disorderly conduct for yelling and begging them to put the children's coats on, let alone their shoes and socks. 

The baby has been released to his father but is badly ill. Double ear infections and running a fever up to 102. In the 3 months the State had him he has gained no weight and had such a diaper rash it was going up his little back. They gave temporary guardianship to his father and have refused our daughter custody. They both signed the papers for him (Dad) to have the baby and our daughter to visit to see her son in order to save this child and get him medical help. It has been a week now and he is starting to do much better. He had to be taken to the ER 2 times and has been to the Dr. 3 times. 

They still have our little granddaughter who they are abusing. There is an on-going merits hearing that has taken 3 1/2 months to get. The same lies that had been thrown out when her son was stolen are once again being submitted. We have already shown that the children were in no danger but yet the judge refuses to return the children and is allowing SRS to continue guardianship. The judge is soooo corrupt. She knows the truth yet will not stop this bogus kidnapping of my Grandchildren.

We have a lot of documentation to prove every thing I have said here and so much more. This Country did not fight so hard for our freedom and for it to be stolen from us this way. A lot of blood has been spilled for our freedom. We now, are losing our freedom on the Home Land, as our Soldiers are fighting for it over-seas. Even those young people are coming home only to find that their families have been abducted by CPS.

I truly believe that we are solders in a war that we must fight. Not only must we fight but we must WIN for the sake and future of our children for generations yet to come.
