Subject: Friends, Mother and Daughter at immediate risk. Need AFRA's Help!

Hi Leonard,

Yesterday a 30,000 warrant was issued for mother Susan Navratil's arrest. There was a court hearing @ 9:00 am in San Mateo superior court - Family division for review of March 18th custody and visitation order (off the wall orders - no notice - writ to appellate court to stop the hearing was denied, custody switch on the spot from general bland orders to 100 sole legal and physical custody of Sarah (now 15) to father. Sarah had been living with Mother for about 8 months). Yesterday susan called the court saying she could not attend due to physical conditions of pain, etc resulting from a 6-1-04 car accident.

Susan is and has been working with Karen Anderson of California Protective parents. She has 2 appeals running. Sarah never returned to her father after the 3-18-04 hearing. Her declaration(s) are attached and a link to 'sarah's story' on network for courageous kids. Sarah has tried everything a kid (and a bunch of adults ) can think of. new reporters, filed declarations, request for epo...

Marriage was 30 years. Mother and child forced to sell the family residence altho mother could have bought father out. Father is a fireman - just retired after 30 years. Child taken from mother at 9 years old for no reason - kept from mother for years. Sarah ran from father a number of times. Father, mark navratil and henchman attorney, philip shecter, have done all the usual tricks and manipulations. Took Susan's health and medical care.

I attach 2 versions of the recent docket and a declaration or 2 by sarah. Mother is now wanted, sarah alone - just out of school - staying with this friend and that. Father stalking both and now has the police helping. Sarah's courageous speaking out has made her a liability to father, attorney, and governmental officials who have allowed this abuse for years. Both are in serious immediate danger. Please please publish. (note: I am not on the mailing - could you send me a copy of anything that you put on com center)
