Subject: A mothers plea in Illinois for dcfs to release my children

Alert- Attention every one-

Under the freedom of information act I just received the reason dcfs took my children away from me and my 
husband 11 years ago. It states in writing "environmental neglect" and allegations of domestic violence between Jerry and Joanne Nicholas that "places the six Nicholas children at risk of harm" and that because of the allegations "it is too dangerous to leave the children at home".

525 west 56th place is listed as our address when in fact 416 west 57th place was our address and still is.

This proves why we did not get notice to be in court on July 26 1993 for the temporary shelter custody hearing that was held and conducted on an ex-parte motion.  Because we did not receive notice, a judge issued six juvenile arrest warrants to take our six children away from us on July 27th 1993 because our children nor their parents showed up in court. 

This is the reason no lawyers would take our case because we could never prove in writing why the police and dcfs took our children away . The new director of dcfs which is Bryan Samuels refuses to give us a meeting that would show why dcfs should go back into court to give us our children back  

We also have papers showing a dcfs investigator unfounded our case and then someone altered the investigation and changed it. 

It now shows our case was indicated without us ever receiving notice and without a hearing.

Please help me because me and my husband have fought all 11 years to get our children back and the fact we have not seen our children for the last 11 years. Our children have a right to know the truth that it was not our fault. 

Also please watch out for hiring an attorney in Chicago Illinois by the name Kurt a. Muller he will not help you to get your children back from dcfs.  He will only take every dime you have and withdraw from your case and if you ask for your file and discovery he will tell ardc the client threaten to kill him and he will sue his clients if they file a complaint against him.

Also ardc is looking at his conduct right now how he threatened a attorney's life.
