Oklahoma City Oilman Admits He had lied to DHS, POLICE, and the Courts about touching his seven and a half year old adopted daughter, and she had told the truth, but Judge Barbara Swinton gives him the child, because mother was sleeping with the child, and had angrily called the man repeatedly to voice her feelings about DHS!!!

I am writing you this letter in hopes that you might help me.

My 7 year old daughter told me in tears that her father was putting cream, lotion, and medicine on her genital area and had done this many times. She said he had done it to her in hotel rooms, her bed, his bed, on the sofa just to name a few. She begged me not to tell anyone because she was afraid he would go to jail and it would be her fault, and that she would never see him again. PLUS SHE WAS EMBARRASSED by it. All she wanted was for him to stop, and she had told him to stop it, but he would not. She said, "If you tell him to stop it Mama, he will."

I asked her if she meant when she was a baby, and she started crying again and said, "No."

I asked her when was the last time he had done this and she said, "Last night".

I assured her that daddy wasn't going to jail for anything she had told me, but I knew already her father had a BIG problem, because in the 27 years of marriage this is only a few of the things I am aware of;

1. In the mid 1980s I opened a brown wrapped magazine that came in the mail for him, thinking it was just more porno he had order, and it was child porno. He stated that he did not order it, and was sending it back.
    
2. He wanted me to act like a child and dress the part { Including shaving pubic hair and slept in another room during menstrual times because he consider this to be unclean } before he could perform anything sexual. This was the reason we could not have children of our own.
    
3.  He masturbated a lot. We would have guest over and he would disappear and I would find him masturbating in the bathroom or bedroom. Or he would take their children for a walk and come back and masturbate, then rejoin the group when he was finished. We had horrible fights over this. He stated every man on earth fantasizes over having a virgin or children and I was being immure. I talked to someone about this and they said yes as long as he did not act upon his fantasizes, that this was normal.
    
4. When we adopted Sara, he would inspect and clean her genital area to a point where I became angry before he would stop. He would always state it was because he didn't want her to get an infection down there.
    
5. In 1995, Sara started having problems with bowel movements and the Doctor Marilyn Porter asked me "Is this child being molested ?" I said "No."
    
6. In 1997 against my better judgment I agreed to let a foreign exchange student from PAX Academic Exchange, 242 King Street, Port Chester NY, 10573, come to stay with us for the school year. Her name was Crystal, I can not remember her last name. She had been with us only a few months when on the way back from Tenn. that she told me "He is trying to do nasty things with me", and started crying. She was sitting in the front sit and Gregg was in the back seat with Sara and I pulled the Van over and demand that Gregg get out of the car! He refused and started crying also. She then went on to tell me that he told her that I would get jealous if she told me, and would not believe her.
   
   She said that she wanted to leave our home as soon as she got back into OKC. When we got back I call her Pax rep. here in OKC and they came and got her stuff the next morning. Gregg never denied that he had tried to touch the girl numerous times as she had stated in front of him, he said nothing, he just cried. We agreed we would get a divorce as soon as Sara was well. Don Browning with the OKC Police knew that Crystal had to leave because Gregg could not control himself.
    
7. In late January 1999 Sara found a book of child porno and brought it to me to see if she could have it, I became furious and threw it in the fire! Gregg came into the room and we started fighting, he started choking me and the police was called, but once again I did not tell them. Gregg agreed he would move out. He stated that he would move out by that weekend.
    
8. Late January 1999 I had gotten up and went to the store to buy food for the house. I had left Sara sleeping in my bed and Gregg came into the living room to sleep so he could hear Sara if she woke, ( he was no longer sleeping in my bedroom and had not since the ordeal with Crystal.) When I returned from the store it was raining and I needed help with the bags. Gregg was not in the living room. I looked in his room and he was no there I went in to my bedroom and saw him masturbating in my bed with Sara sleeping beside him! I threw him out of my house.

I did what I was thought I was suppose to do and call DHS who told me to call the Police.

Ann White (767-2917) came to my home and I tried telling her why I believed Sara. I also told her that Sara said he was taking her and her friends to hotels and that they were all sharing the same bed, because Sara told me this and Gregg admitted it to me.

With in a month Gregg informed me the case was closed.

I called Ann White to see what was happening and she said he admitted to doing this and that he had only done it ONCE because Sara had a rash on her genial area.

Gregg even confronted Sara insisting that she was mistaken, "or had a bad dream", and Sara called her father a liar to his face.

The next thing I knew I was being caused of coaching her, and that it had happened only once.

ON the witness stand he admitted that he had not taken her to a Doctor and that he had not told me about it, and that he had done this to her at least 12 times since the divorce!

Witnesses testified that he beat her and one of these beating last for most of a day.

Because Ann White assumed I was coaching her, everyone else did too.

When ever Sara told me something I would tell her she needed to tell her councilor, and that was consider coaching also.
He admitted he lied to DHS the Police, to everyone! But still I lost my baby !!!

If they had called PAX or talked to any of the neighbors or friends who had called DHS requesting to speak with them about Gregg Allan McDonald at 8217 N.W.31st. in Bethany, Oklahoma. my daughter would be home with me now.
PLEASE IT IS TIME TO STOP DHS OF MAKING EXCUSES FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOBS!

For those of you asking; Judge Barbara Swinton was the one who made the ruling on this case. She was the fifth judge and I have to admit the lamest excuse for a judge I have ever investigated. The case in question is listed in the Oklahoma Court House Records as follows; Gregg Alan McDonald vs. Romona L. McDonald, case no. FD-99-1651. Gregg McDonald filed for a Emergency Court Order in Dec. of 2001 and it was heard on Dec. 28th. Which ironically was Romona McDonald's birthday. This just by the court house records alone, was a bitter custody battle. After several calls and letters to the AP Press I was asked if I might be interested in this story. After talking to some of these individuals, I decided there had to be more to the story than these people were aware of at the time. I contacted Romona McDonald and asked her if she would be willing to meet with me, she reluctantly agreed. I found her to be very distrait over the Judge's recent ruling, but very pleasant. Her home is located in a lower middle income neighborhood in Bethany, Oklahoma. I found her home to be very tidy on a moments noticed, that I had given her. While in her home, she received several phone calls over the speaker phone from well wishers, and people voicing their anger at Judge Swinton's decision. Most of these callers were complete strangers. There was one caller in particular that caught my interests; that of a young law student who sat in on the trial. She has asked that her name be withheld and I have agreed to do so. She stated to me in an interview at a local restaurant that Gregg McDonald admitted on the witness stand that he had in fact put medicine on his daughter's genital area, six,or maybe even twelve times the summer of 2001. The child was seven years old! She also told me about two witnesses; one who cried upon describing an horrific bruise on the child's hip and then stating the child said her father had done this. The second witness testified of a beating that lasted for most of a morning and seeing the marks and bruises as well as old bruises on the child's body. Both women said Ms. McDonald's home was not filthy, nor was the child neglected in anyway. I also heard about Gina Jordan who sat and spoke to the students briefly, who testified that if a child is told she has been molested repeatedly, that they would soon believe this to be true. When asked how many times Gregg McDonald had told her he had put the medicine on the child, she quickly answered, "Once, and after that she did it herself." The attorney was quick to tell her in her absence from the court room, that Gregg McDonald admitted he had done this six or twelve times! Gina Jordan then replied well maybe the child had told her this! " THE CHILD HAD TOLD HER THIS!" Sounds like to this reporter, if someone was coaching, it was the father! Why would a child tell someone it had only happened once, when the man admitted doing this maybe twelve times? Was she afraid her father would go to jail? Was she afraid she would get him in trouble? Where is the justice in all this? Come June 4th we will see if Justice is blind or just plain stupid. Judge Swinton has order the mother to see a psychologist or a psychiatrist within 30 days, NOT THE FATHER, which is impossible. Romona McDonald is broke! I have copies of DHS and police reports, that Romona has gracility given to me. I also have a letter from the girl who stayed with them briefly, and Doctors' reports which are very disturbing. I believe this woman, and I think you will too when the whole story is told.
