To Whom it May Concern,

     I intend to send out numerous emails over the next several weeks relating to the Stratton child custody case from here in Mecklenburg County.

The purpose of these emails will be to inform the people of this state and the nation regarding the January 30, 2001 kidnapping of our children by Mecklenburg County government, the subsequent illegal holding of our children for almost three years, and the massive cover up that has occured, especially since July of 2002 when the Charlotte news media began to get heavily involved in our case.

     I also intend to hold the public officials in Mecklenburg County and Raleigh responsible for the atrocities committed against our family by this state.

     The recent NC Court of Appeals decision in our case was clearly another whitewash attempt by the state and has convinced me that there can be no justice for us in North Carolina government. The whole state machinery is well aware of the disaterous consequences should they give us even one victory. It would mean the virtual collapse of a subversive child stealing network that has taken years to put into operation and apparently reaches to the highest levels of state government.

     Our case has exposed this network for the first time and that apparently has the people who operate it very worried. That appears to be why I, my wife, and even our children have become targets of the worst kind of slander, innuendo, and outright attacks by Mecklenburg County officials.

     Mecklenburg County and state officials have made the mistake of repeatedly entering statements and "press releases" into the public forum stating that they have "investigated" and that "there was no wrondoing whatsoever by the Mecklenburg DSS."

     Since I probably have the most extemsive collection of hard evidence and documentation of wrongdoing by government officials in the history of a child protectives services case, county and state officials are going to have a difficult time explaining to the public just what their "investigations" consisted of.

     Incidently, despite all the media coverage in our case, I estimate that only about 5% of the evidence in our case has been released. That leaves 95% yet to be revealed to the media.

     Much of this evidence the state of North Carolina is not aware of, for if they had been aware of it they would not have been dumb enough to commit political suicide by issuing press releases falsely claiming that they had investigated our case.

     I encourage the fourth estate to take a hard look at this case. I will be sending out information for your perusal.  .

     I am fighting for my children. Also please remember that if we don't do something now about the corrupt public officials who kidnapped and are holding my children, you will one day see them or those of their ilk coming for your own children and grandchildren.
