The warning below is to be sent to citizens, officials, and various groups across the United States such as state chapters of the NAACP that need to be alerted to the dangerous climate that exists for black and interracial children in Charlotte, North Carolina. There is a government run and sponsored black and interracial child slave trade operation in Mecklenburg County in which black and interracial children are illegally kidnapped from their parents, labeled "special needs" because they are black or interracial and then held for years in state custody while Mecklenburg County collects an estimated $30,000 to $150,000 per child per year. We have first hand documentation of this racketeering operation because we are an interracial couple whose 10 children were illegally kidnapped from another county on January 30, 2001 by this Mecklenburg County cartel.

Richard W. Jacobsen, Jr. DSS Director

Former San Diego County DSS Director Richard "Jake" Jacobsen was removed as DSS Director in 1992 amid a huge scandal after two San Diego Grand Juries blasted his administration for, among other things, the unnecessary removal of children from their homes by his San Diego County DSS. Jacobsen then left San Diego and came to Mecklenburg County where, for some inexplicable reason, he was hired as Mecklenburg County's DSS Director despite his history of using government force to steal children from their parents without cause. Nine years later, on January 30, 2001, Jacobsen as Mecklenburg County, North Carolina DSS Director sent his DSS Gestapo agents into another Judicial District without any legally valid paperwork whatsoever and literally kidnapped the 10 interracial children of Jack and Kathy Stratton. The Stratton's children were then dragged back into Mecklenburg County and have been illegally held hostage for the past three years while Jacobsen and Mecklenburg County use their little bodies as vehicles to collect the multi-million dollar "special needs" bounty attached to the heads of black and interracial children. 

One of the San Diego Grand Juries that investigated Jacobsen's administration found an estimated $70,000,000 in external welfare fraud under Jacobsen's administration. In addition there was an embezzlement operation going on within the DSS under Jacobsen's administration which skimmed an estimated $1,000,000 from inside the San Diego DSS. Twenty people were indicted, including five of Jacobsen's DSS workers. Three of Jacobsen's DSS workers went to prison. Jacobsen was removed as DSS Director, left the West Coast where he had been scandalized, and came all the way across the country to the East Coast. Knowing full well of his past, the Mecklenburg County Board of Social Services hired him here as DSS Director. The resulting 12 years have been a disaster for the children and families of Mecklenburg County. With Jacobsen running amuck and totally unchecked by any oversight body whatsoever, children are being kidnapped with impunity from loving and innocent parents. The children are then held hostage in state facilities for years and used as vehicles to funnel taxpayer funds from the federal treasury into the private pockets of a group of Mecklenburg County socialist elitists and their friends and associates.

This child stealing network has their people placed in virtually every strategic position of government power to make sure there are no trials or Due Process protections for their victims. The child stealers are backed and partially financed by huge banking and corporate interests such as Bank of America and others. This underground child slave trade network is operating through certain government officials, corporate elitists, and individuals positioned in 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. They have a collectivist agenda and appear to be using The United Way of Central Carolinas as an umbrella organization from within which they operate what is in effect a secret subversive government that dictates policy from the back rooms of Mecklenburg County. It also appears from my investigation that certain 501(c)(3) organizations under the The United Way of Central Carolinas umbrella are being used as money laundering operations through which federal funds are fraudulently obtained and then disbursed. The Mecklenburg County Commission and the Charlotte City Council appear to be little more than fronts for a subversive group of elitists who are using government to advance a collectivist agenda. While a few of the elected officials on these government bodies appear to be co-conspirators, most of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg elected officials seem to meet the communist descriptive term "useful idiots", meaning persons who are manipulated and controlled by their puppet masters behind the scenes.

Mecklenburg County gets more money for taking black and interracial children than they do white children. This is because the federal government pays counties more for so called "special needs" children: 

"Section 473 (c) of the Social Security Act states that the criteria for a "special needs" child...may include (but is not limited to) ethnic background, age or membership in a minority or sibling group..". For example, in some States ethnic background alone may inhibit the ability of a child to be adopted, while in other States a combination of factors, such as  minority status and age, may be factors."

Is this just a fantastic conspiracy theory? Ask a black couple named Yinka and Vanessa Fasinro. Yinka is a Christian minister who used to live peacefully in Mecklenburg County with his wife and children. That was before December 15, 2000 when the Mecklenburg Department of Socialist Services Director Jake Jacobsen's Gestapo, along with three or four Charlotte Mecklenburg Police cars, surrounded the Fasinro house in a night raid and seized their perfectly healthy baby girl Shaday Fasinro. This was reminiscent of the infamous terrorist night raids conducted on families in Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union. The Fasinro's child was seized for supposed "failure to thrive" even though the Fasinros had submitted no less than two doctor's reports stating that their daughter was healthy. The Fasinros have now had to flee the state of North Carolina and have moved to Minnesota to escape possible further retaliation by Jacobsen's state sponsored Gestapo agents.

A fantastic conspiracy theory? Then why does Patrick Martin, Mecklenburg County's former Youth and Family Services Director of 26 years, have a current lawsuit pending in Federal District Court alleging a Mecklenburg County and DSS conspiracy after Mecklenburg County fired Martin for exposing corruption in the Mecklenburg County DSS? Mecklenburg County has now hired a woman named Danette Smith to take Patrick Martin's spot. Danette Smith, who is black, doesn't have the integrity of Patrick Martin. She is more than willing to sell out the black families and children of Mecklenburg County so that her white corporate elitist bosses can use these black child victims as vehicles to funnel millions in "special needs" money into Mecklenburg County. 

The most "famous" case of Mecklenburg County DSS government sponsored kidnapping is our case, the Stratton case. In this case, our 10 interracial children were kidnapped from our home in Gaston County on January 30, 2001 by the Mecklenburg County DSS. The Mecklenburg DSS crossed county lines without any legally valid paperwork whatsoever, ripped our crying children from their mother's arms while I was at work, and then dragged our traumatized children back into Mecklenburg County. The Mecklenburg County DSS then put our children into foster homes and declared all 10 children "special needs" simply because they are interracial, thus insuring a multi- million dollar cash flow into the Mecklenburg County child slave trade network.

When I tried to expose the Mecklenburg child slavery operation in mid to late 2002, I was threatened repeatedly by government officials and was finally jailed on October 11, 2002 by a criminal judge named Libby Miller who was desperate to shut me up to protect herself and her accomplices, the chief one being Mecklenburg DSS attorney Tyrone Wade. Mecklenburg County got so worried that we were exposing their child stealing operation that they spent $10,000 of taxpayer money on a public survey to see how much the public knew and whether or not the public believed me. When's the last time the government was so desperately scared of what a couple of poor, lowly so-called "convicted child neglectors" had to say that they felt compelled to spend $10,000 to find out what the public knew about the case?

The Stratton case was covered extensively in the Charlotte news media, including radio, TV, and newspapers. The Rhino Times newspaper alone has printed over 75 stories to date relating to our case. In addition, mention of our case went out over the AP and was picked up nationally, including by CNN and The New York Times. Tai Aguirre, one of the finest government corruption investigators in the country has covered our story from New York as well as attending a town hall meeting held in Charlotte, NC. Tai has become a personal friend of ours and because of his excellent show we have legions of supporters in New York according to Tai. Tai has helped many people who have been trampled by oppresive government.

Scores of the children being kidnapped by the Mecklenburg child slavery network are being sexually molested in Mecklenburg County DSS foster homes while the Mecklenburg County Board of County Commissioners / Board of Social Services ignores the cries of the abused children and their parents, but instead takes aggressive action to PROTECT THE CHILD ABUSERS, including DSS Director Jake "Grand Jury" Jacobsen. The Board, both individually and as a whole, is charged by North Carolina statutory law  § 108-A (1-9) to act as  the "oversight" board to PREVENT the state sponsored kidnapping and child abuse being perpetrated by Jacobsen.  They also have a duty under numerous federal statutes to do so.

Instead, these nine elected public officials are obstructing justice while acting as DSS Director Richard "Jake" Jacobsen's personal political bodyguards. Why would they do this? Perhaps it is the over $700,000,000 per year in Mecklenburg DSS taxpayer skimmed loot that Jacobsen is parceling out to the Mecklenburg elitists and their friends, associates, judges, lawyers,"professional" leeches, and others who are crucial to the reelection of these nine officials.

MECKLENBURG DSS DIRECTOR RICHARD "GRAND JURY" JACOBSEN'S NINE POLITICAL BODYGUARDS

While the NAACP is taking a courageous and bold stand and opposing more funding in order to protect the black (and other) children in Columbus, Ohio, the head of the Mecklenburg County DSS, Danette Smith, is snatching black and interracial children from their parents at an alarming rate.  Mecklenburg County DSS Director Jake "Boss Man" Jacobsen then holds these child slaves on his DSS plantation so that he can rake in millions of federal dollars.

The only difference between the black children being stolen from their families and sold in 1850 and the black children being stolen today in Mecklenburg County is that in 1850 you could only get a couple hundred bucks for a child slave.  Mecklenburg County DSS's child slave trade operation is raking in federal dollars by the millions.

Mecklenburg County YFS Director Danette Smith is quoted as claiming the following in the August 29, 2001 Rhino Times regarding holding children in DSS foster homes:   “Our goal is to make sure we place children as quickly as possible, and the first option is reunification with the parents.”

Really Danette? According to the December 6, 2003 Los Angeles Daily News, 76% of children nationwide taken by CPS are reunited with their families.  Yet according to the October 17, 2002  Rhino Times your Mecklenburg County DSS only reunites a dismal 11%.  

In the November 21, 2002 Rhino Times, DSS Plantation Director Jake Jacobsen and County Commissioner Parks Helms were said to adhere to the following claim: "Still, DSS personnel and some Mecklenburg County officials – most notably Board of County Commissioners Chairman Parks Helms and DSS Director Richard “Jake” Jacobsen – have denied that the DSS has any financial incentive to remove children from their homes and keep them in foster care."

YFS Director Danette Smith quote on making money from holding children: " We do not get reimbursement whatsoever for keeping kids in the system,” ...“So the discussion on whether or not we hold children in the system for money is not accurate.”      

Really Danette? According to the LA Daily News, counties receive money for taking children. The article states that for 'special needs" children LA County receives $30,000 to $150,000 per child every year.      By applying these figures to Mecklenburg County 10 children labeled "special needs" would bring Mecklenburg County between $300,000 and $1.5 million annually. If the ten children were kept in foster care for three years, Mecklenburg County would collect  between $900,000 and $ 4.5 million dollars.

All ten of our (Stratton) children have been labeled "special needs" haven't they Danette? They qualify as "special needs" just because they're interracial, isn't that right Danette? How does it feel to be a black woman who makes a living stealing black and interracial children for money?
