My reason for forwarding this is because I was involved with Bradford MA DSS, from April 2002 to January 2003, there was never any evidence of wrong-doing and this agency took it upon themselves to decide after 4 months of finding my daughter in no danger and leaving her in mine and my husbands care, to remove her from our custody less than 24 hours after we refused to sign service plans without legal council.

I never received a support letter from this agency, I have never received a closed letter from this agency and I was never notified that I could ask for a fair hearing. My case was based on nothing more than lies and allegations made by the social workers at the Bradford MA 01835 DSS office.

This letter I include is a message left for me by Ann Champagne. I will make sure that someone listens. This agency took my child! Even though I have her back and my case is closed, this was wrong the way this agency treated my family.

I will go the extra mile to prove this till someone looks into the action of these people.
