Every time CPS pulls off some nasty stunt that makes it into the news, they refuse to talk about it citing "Confidentiality". This dumb-founds me. These people are uttlerly ignorant of the LAW, all of it, but they sure know about the "confidentiality of the child".
No matter what happened, the kid certainly could not care less about his "confidentiality". In fact, in MOST cases, the kid wishes to heck that the public could know what CPS has done to him.
It is obvious to all that CPS citing "confidentiality" is solely to stonewall the public knowing what sort of malfeasance and incompetence happened to bring the case into the public spotlight.
Even in cases where CPS kidnaps the kid and gets her RAPED or him KILLED in state custody, CPS hides their dirty-dealing behind "confidentiality". The RAPED girl or DEAD KID certainly could not care less about their "confidentiality" could they? Especially if CPS is avoiding their culpability.

CPS bald-face LIES to people who have children wiith "problems". People who have children whose medical or behavioral problems are beyond what they can handle are told they have to sign their parental rights over to the state in order to get help.
Without fail, the state then fabricates some sort of an "abuse" or "neglect" case against the parents.
Never has it been more true that "Government is not your friend", and truly the most dangerous lie in the world is "I am from the Government, and I am here to help you".
If you don't know your Constitutional Rights and stand up for them, you are nothing but meat for the grinder.
