Leonard note: COLORS. As Pamela's webmaster, this was the first conflict we had.  Pamela was an artist, and she had a definite opinion about COLORS.  It took quite a bit of trial and error before I came up with the exact colors and LOOK she wanted.  The graphic to the left are her colors.  More or less.  I guarantee if she saw it, she would want me to change it some way.  And by the way, she despised it when I used Red.

Pam Gaston, a loved fighter against government slavery of the free people died between 4 & 8 AM Dec. 20th 2004.

Pam was a long time leader in the fight for children's rights against abuse by the corporate state and maintained the web site, A Voice For Children.

http://www.avoiceforchildren.com/

As many people know, a few years ago the state came in and took the Gaston's home and threw them on the street to try and shut her up.  They have been living in a small trailer in Mulino, Oregon since then.

A couple of weeks ago Pam got sick but had no money to go to the doctor.

Pam was only 50 as of May of 2004.

I ask God for help and He gave me Pamela ( The name means honey girl ) and now he has taken her away and I cannot imagine life without her. I love you Pamela...Your  husband Will.

Pamela K Gaston died this morning (12/20/04)in her sleep. Pamela was an artist. activist and author Her book Sui Juris the truth in the record, has been very instrumental  in the parental recovery of children from state abuse our archives have scores of letters of gratitude to Pam for the advice and steerage through the courts that she gave to the rendered. Pamela also wrote the book "Counterfeit Reality"

Pam ( Pammie her husband called her... she didn't like it.) was very active in the Sui Juris movement She and Mike Marsh, Co-Founders of the fifth Amendment Collation brought the Amended Article VII into the Oregon Supreme Court on a oral hearing and prove it is fraudulent, named it as treason and charged the Justices with treason. They did not dispute and what is not disputed in law is legal fact. That may be seen on her web www.avoiceforchildren.com She was Co-Founder of. " A Voice For Children, She was Director of AVFC's online news and legal advice service, Her readers numbered into the millions.

She put scores of free legal advice Pamphlets on her web site. FREE she never charged for anything, except the books do sell for a minimal fee. But the Pamphlets are free for the down load. I told her many tines If every one who reads Pamela were to send a quarter to her she'd be a millionaire. She always laughed and said, "hey a dime would do that" but we never solicited funds.  She thought it hurt our creditability and we never say anything we can't prove. Truth cannot be disputed.

Pamela is survived by her husband Will Gaston, her Daughter Rachael Meziere, a son Kevin Meziere, a sister Debbie Bailey and two nephews.

Her book sui Juris, and her art will assure her a place in history and her work in Gods service will assure her place at the table she will be missed by all and its a great blow to the Constitutionalist... Her devastated husband Bro Will

Bro. Leonard My beloved Pamela died early this morning. That which God gives God can take, and he has ... my wolrld is asunder, my heart broken.... Bro Will

====================

We did know that Pamela was ill.  Originally, they were going to spend Christmas with us.  Last week, Will wrote and said that they were probably going to have to cancel because Pamela had been quite ill.

As soon as we know more, we will let you know.

Pamela Gaston was one of the great-grandmothers of Family Advocacy and a pioneer of a method to make the court record even in the most hostile and corrupt court.

Pamela's tireless work on behalf of America's families will be sorely missed.
