This news just breaks my heart. I feel so deeply sorry for Will, seems as though his sorrow just never stops. I know Pam is the one with joy and peace, finally. Still, I have to mourn OUR loss, and especially Will's. Please send my heartfelt condolences, and let him know I will pray for him.

Leonard sez- Yes, even though we might have been in this for many years and try to maintain some level of professional detachment from the pain of others (we HAVE TO), dealing with the extreme suffering of others while trying to get them to focus on what they have to do- is extremely tiring and stressful.
