The world is a darker and emptier place without Pamela Gaston

Long before my induction into the CPS victims club- sometime in the middle-late 1990's- I dimly remember hearing on TV about a little girl in custody of the State of Oregon.  This little girl had been in some sort of a porn film made of her by Oregon Children's Service employees.  It was a MAJOR story for a few days.  And then the story disappeared from the media.  

One who does not know how Oregon's CPS has operated through the decades would assume that the problem was fixed, the proper heads rolled, and everything was OK. No news is good news.

In the summer of 1999, I found myself falsely accused by Oregon CPS. My case was rapidly spiraling out of the realm of merely absurd and heading towards my being rendered as having committed some sort of crime.  So, being an intrepid computer consultant, I consulted the internet to get up to speed with what this Child Abuse Industry was up to.

The FIRST website I found was A Voice for Children. To my amazement, THERE was that case about the little girl porn movie made by Oregon CPS I had heard about years before.  To my SHOCK, the case had certainly not been resolved, but rather the State had gone into full high-risk-case cover-up and stonewall mode.  

And an interesting new development, God had miraculously dropped Pamela (literally like an angel) into Will Gaston's life. Just at the right time.  Pamela, an artist- not a law student, had an exceedingly high IQ and an uncanny ability to read, understand, remember, and APPLY law. And Pamela had the fearless tenacity of a bull dog.

Oregon's major media has spent quite some time being the apparent hand maiden of Oregon's politicos, and if they wanted a story to disappear, by golly the story DISAPPEARS. They wouldn't even acknowledge receiving a factual news tip inviting them to do some INVESTIGATIVE REPORTING.

Gastons were left with the only option of publishing their OWN little newspaper attempting to expose what the State of Oregon was doing to Melissa Gaston.  See CONFESSION OF PORNOGRAPHER HAZEL SPEES 

The Gastons stood on the sidewalk across from the school where Hazel Spees taught, handing out copies of their little newspaper, and were ARRESTED.

Thereafter, the State of Oregon, in collusion with the police and mayor of Mt Angel began a concerted attack and continuous harassment of Gastons, concluding with stealing their home in Mt Angel on January 7, 2002  See Fax from HUD- Change locks while Gastons in court! 

When I, Leonard Henderson took over the job of being Gaston's webguy in the fall of 1999, I read just about every document they had online already and the new documents they wanted me to put on their website.  This is when I coined the phrase-

"The State of Oregon has done everything short of SHOOTING the Gastons, trying to shut them up"  

At that time, as I recall, the State of Oregon had SIX court cases against them.

But the Gastons were WINNING!

Winning is one thing.  Enforcing it is another.  The State will not prosecute itself.  The FBI doesn't care.

Gastons have won their filings by DEFAULT in Oregon State Supreme Court.  The officials called to appear- refused to.

Beyond their personal battles, Gastons HELPED OTHERS.  Pamela tirelessly gave her time to people in desperate trouble with CPS.  For the past several years, Pamela's help to people across the United States has resulted in the return of many children to their homes that they should never have been snatched from.

No matter what the issue, Pamela's experience, knowledge, and extremely high intelligence came to the rescue of countless people in emergency situations.  AND KIDS WENT HOME.

I myself and many other "advocates" have called her in on situations that were beyond our experience.

Pamela and Will Gaston are pioneers here in New Oregon Inc., the Pioneer Police State.  They helped develop the methods to get your version of history ON THE RECORD in hostile, obstructionist, unconstitutional courts in full collusion with state agencies, bureaucrats, and officials .

Today, there is a gaping hole in our hearts from the loss of a good friend. But there is an even larger vacancy in the realm of Family Rights Advocacy.  Pamela Gaston is irreplaceable.

Post Note:  Melissa Gaston long ago disappeared into the system.  Will Gaston was never charged with any "crime".  But for trying to get his little girl back and trying to make the state answer for their crimes, the penalty and retribution upon Will Gaston has been high.
