Are you faced with an Ethics Dilemma?
Contact American Family Rights Association for help and protection from the agency. We will help you BLOW THE WHISTLE and promote your corrupt superiors and co-workers to jail where they belong. Depravity Scale
Michael Welner, M.D.
Professionals in all areas, especially law and mental health, as well as the general public are being asked to participate in this project. In this phase, demographic and background information is collected to ensure balanced representation of differing viewpoints. Twenty-six items describing potential features of depraved intent, behavior and/or attitudes are then presented for judgment. We ask you to assess which of these items are especially, somewhat, or not depraved.

Code
of Ethics
of the National Association of Social Workers
After reading the Code of Ethics, you would think that PROFESSIONAL Social Workers would be FIRST IN LINE helping fight Social Injustice and advocating for the vulnerable, oppressed, and the impoverished for the well-being of society.
National Child Protective Workers Association NCPWA, Inc.
Says-
"In the best of America, NCPWA, Inc. would be of interesting, but limited value. For too many of America's elected officials however: there are no votes in really protecting children from harm. Votes come from pretending to protect children. Abused and neglected children and their families continue to be expendable in America. They are not expendable to members of the NCPWA, Inc.
They are our children and our families. Harm them at your risk!"
If they really mean that, the NCPWA is an ally. That also means CPS workers don't belong to this association for very long before their membership is terminated.

| Children in a state of
neglect
Since 1997, parents and caregivers across Washington have fatally abused and neglected dozens of children who are supposed to be protected by the state. In many cases, children perished in homes child-protective workers knew were unsafe. And the state does not even know how many children have died because of its failure to track or properly review the deaths. |
Barefoot Social Worker the voice of radical social work in Britain
Social workers are badly qualified, poorly paid and too few in number. They need help to change their image and improve their efficiency
David Batty

The Guardian, UK
Recent child protection scandals have exposed how serious deficiencies in social-work training - particularly the lack of analytical skills - have led to poor assessments of children at risk of abuse. This has cast doubt on how adequately social workers are being prepared for the demands of the job and has led some to question whether the profession, as it is currently constituted, has a future.
When Government Intervention Becomes Excessive:
The
Rights of the State Versus the Rights of the Parents
by Dawn Michelle Irons, BSW
April 1996
The family is the basic unit of social structure. Families define and shape the individuals that are a part of the family unit. Parents teach their children their values, and teach them a moral value of what is right and what is wrong. Parents set boundaries as to what is acceptable behavior and what will not be tolerated. These are basic and fundamental rights given to parents. They are recognized by the highest court in America to be the responsibility of the parents, not the job of the government. - Dawn Michelle Irons, BSW
The
Dynamic of Shame in Interactions Between Child Protective Services and
Families Falsely Accused of Child Abuse
Copyright © 1989-2002 by the
Institute for Psychological Therapies.
ABSTRACT: The concept of a shame-based family system in which parents shame their children was applied to the relationship between Child Protective Services (CPS) and families accused of child abuse. Twenty families who reported that they had been wrongly accused of child abuse completed a questionnaire. Content analysis of the questionnaires supported the hypothesis that the elements of a shame-based family system are present in the relationship between CPS and the families they investigate. The respondents indicated feelings of powerlessness, self- doubt, depression, and isolation, and perceived the CPS as omnipotent, abandoning them, quickly accusing them, and acting in emotionally harmful ways towards them.

This is about PTSD. There are literally millions of people who have been traumatized by unjust actions of their governments. In the USA, the Child Abuse Industry is one of the chief architects of an all-out war against America's families. The best therapy would be due process of law and justice.

NATIONAL ADVISORY ON ORGANIZED CRIME
OPERATING IN THE CHILD PROTECTION SYSTEM
The recent horror story of a fifteen-month delay in Florida officials discovering that foster child Rilya Wilson had apparently been kidnapped by persons knowledgeable of the inner workings of the child protection system was due to the systematic falsification of child protection system records. This falsification of child protection system records is part of a national pattern of organized crime. It is not an isolated incident.
Case Records: Fact or Fiction?
Terry Holbrook
Rochester, New York
Case records and recording practices are an important but ignored part of social casework. Early social workers were critical of the methods of case recording and wrote extensively about the difficulties in determining valid, unbiased information. Today, the case record is taken for granted as both factual and objective. This article challenges the factuality of case records and explores implications for clients of social service agencies.
